Hesed Ministry

Because of God’s great love (Hesed), we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail.

To help communities begin to identify the things that they can do to improve their material well-being, Hesed ministries invites saved Christian women to come together and start a local NOWI chapter.  The NOWI groups serve as a place where women can come to encourage and strengthen one another as sisters in Christ. 

• Once a Hesed-run ministry, NOWI has grown to become an independent organization in which Florence, the organization’s founder, serves as a lifetime consultant. 

• Through NOWI’s small loans program, Hesed helps women to improve the livelihoods of their families and community.  NOWI has changed lives by enabling women to contribute to their family income.  

• Women have been able to successfully engage in small business, have paid tuition and other school fees for their children and have built permanent homes for their families
